Your account
To vote and keep groups, you create an account with your email, or with Google or Apple when those are switched on. You’re responsible for who can read that email.
What the service does
Yumie suggests dishes, collects votes, and compares price estimates. We are not a restaurant, we don’t take the order, and we don’t promise a venue will deliver the dish.
Yumie Plus
Yumie Plus is optional. The guide price is 4.99 EUR per month or 49.99 EUR per year (about 24.99 lei and 249.99 lei in Romania). Apple, Google Play, or Stripe charge the price shown at checkout in your currency. The yearly price is about 2 months free compared with paying monthly (about 17% less). The subscription renews automatically until you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends, in the store account or the web billing portal. We do not sell Plus inside the iOS or Android app except through that store’s in-app purchase. The free app and the free website may show ads. Yumie Plus removes them.
Fair use
Don’t use Yumie to bother other people, upload illegal content, or try to enter an account that isn’t yours.
Ending it
You can close your account at any time. We can suspend an account that breaks these terms. Governing law and venue are for a lawyer to fill in, in place of this template.
Refunds
If you subscribed through Apple or Google, request the refund from that store. If you subscribed on the web, write to [EMAIL — to be completed] within 14 days of a renewal and we will refund that period when the law or Stripe’s rules require it. Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not erase a period you already paid for.
